Jami's Intro to Yoga for Beginners
4-Week Series (1 hour)
This fun and easy class series is the perfect way to jump start your yoga practice. Jami provides a relaxed and entertaining environment which encourages questions, curiosity and exploration. It's a no-stress way to help decide if yoga is right for you. Take the whole 4-week series or jump into a class or two, either way you'll be learning the basics of standard poses, alignment as well as yoga etiquette. We'll even have an introduction into some of the Sanskrit words you'll hear in yoga classes. Once you've taken this series, you'll be prepared to join one of our other beginner friendly classes.
Next series runs May 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th
